Equipment Needed:

10 - 15lb DB (20 possibly for certain movements)

Yoga mat

Water

Focused mind


Setting up your timer:

  1. Download the SMARTWOD Timer App

  2. Click TABATA

  3. Enter:

  4. Complete 3-4 circuits


Focuses during each movement:

  • Joint alignment 

  • Hip ROM 

  • Braced core (bellybutton to back)

  • Linear spine

  • Controlled breathing

  • Steady pace
